MCP ServerConnect your client

Connect your client

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP client to Bridge and authorize the workspace data and actions your client needs.

Connect an MCP-compatible client

Connect your AI client to Bridge through the MCP server connection URL. Bridge uses OAuth 2.0 to authorize access with separate read and write scopes.

Connection URL

https://api.meetonbridge.com/mcp

Starter and Trial plans cannot authorize Bridge MCP. Connections made before write access was available may remain read-only until you reconnect them and approve the write scope.

During authorization, Bridge shows the client name, the signed-in account, and the permissions the client requests. Review the requested scopes, then select Approve to connect or Deny to cancel.

  • Read: Access meetings, transcripts, briefs, people, and action items.
  • Write: Schedule, book, and cancel meetings; send invitations; and run agents and follow-ups.

Claude supports Bridge MCP through Claude Desktop and claude.ai.

Copy the Bridge MCP URL

In Bridge, open Account settings → Integrations → Bridge MCP and copy the connection URL. The URL is https://api.meetonbridge.com/mcp.

Add a custom connector

In Claude, open Settings → Connectors, then select Add custom connector.

Finish Bridge OAuth

Paste the connection URL, select Connect, and complete Bridge OAuth. Review the requested permissions, then choose the workspace Claude should access.

After approval, Bridge appears as a connected client in Claude.

Verify the connection

Call get_bridge_context first after connecting. Use its result to inspect the connected identity, workspace, permissions, plan, and tools available to the client.

If the available tools are read-only but you need write actions, disconnect and reconnect the MCP client. Approve the write scope during the new OAuth authorization so the client can perform actions in Bridge.
