ConversationsCapture a video call

Capture a Zoom, Meet, or Teams call

Add Bridge to a third-party video conference so you get a live transcript, notes, and a recording without changing where the team meets.

Keep meeting on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or a related platform. Bridge joins that call so you still get live capture and notes afterward.

You can also capture Slack Huddles, WebEx, and GoTo Meeting the same way: paste the meeting URL and add Bridge.

Add Bridge to a call

Open New

In the sidebar, click New.

Choose capture

Select Capture on Zoom, Meet, or Teams. The Add Bridge to your meeting dialog opens.

Paste the meeting URL

In Meeting URL, paste the Zoom, Meet, Teams, or other conference link.

Add Bridge

Click Add To Meeting. Bridge joins and opens the live capture view.

From an upcoming or live meeting

If the event is already in Meetings:

  • Capture with Bridge adds Bridge when it is not on the call yet
  • Open Live AI opens capture when Bridge has already joined

Connect Google Calendar or Outlook so those events show up automatically. You can also turn on Calendar Auto-Join in Preferences so Bridge joins without the paste-URL step.

Open Live AI

Open Live AI is the control on a live meeting card when Bridge is already in the conference. It takes you to the same live workspace as a fresh capture: Conversation, People, Assistant, and Notepad. See During a meeting.

On Apple Silicon Mac, the desktop app can record some virtual meetings without sending a bot. Use Download Mac desktop app in the workspace menu.

If Bridge does not appear in the call, confirm the URL is the join link (not a calendar invite with no URL) and that someone in the meeting can admit a participant named Bridge. See Troubleshooting.
