During a meeting
While a conversation is live you get Conversation, People, Assistant, Notepad, artifacts, and a running transcript.
When Bridge is capturing — hosted, third-party, or in person — you work in the live meeting workspace instead of the upcoming brief.
Live workspace
| Area | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Conversation | Live transcript (and the call stage when you are hosting in Bridge) |
| People | Who is in the meeting |
| Assistant | Ask questions and use agents without leaving the call |
| Notepad | Private notes that are yours, not the shared recap |
| Artifacts | Live context from your data and the web |
Preparation can stay available as a header control so you can reopen the brief without leaving the live view.
Live AI
Live AI is the real-time intelligence layer: answers, context, and guidance as people talk. Paid plans include Live AI Credits for this. See Billing. You can adjust Live AI in Preferences.
Live AI is not the same as Open Live AI. Open Live AI is the button on a Meetings card that opens this workspace when Bridge has already joined the call.
Transcription
Speech appears in Conversation as it is recognized. Speaker names improve when Bridge knows the participants (calendar guests, workspace members, or Memory). You can correct names after the meeting in the completed Conversation tab.
Keep the capture tab (or desktop app) open until you stop recording. Closing it early can cut the transcript short.
