Meeting briefs
Upcoming meetings get a brief with Preparation, People, Activity, Notepad, and Assistant so you can walk in with context.
A brief is the prep packet for an upcoming meeting. Bridge builds it from the calendar event, who is attending, and context from earlier conversations and connected tools.
Open a brief from Home (Upcoming meeting briefs) or from Meetings → Upcoming.
What is in a brief
| Tab or area | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Preparation | The default overview: agenda-style context and what matters for this meeting |
| People | Who is on the invite, with profiles when Bridge has them |
| Activity | Recent activity related to this meeting |
| Notepad | Your private notes that travel into the live meeting |
| Assistant | Ask questions about this meeting before it starts |
| Artifacts | Linked files or pages when prep docs exist |
Before you join
Open the upcoming meeting
From Home or Meetings → Upcoming, click the event.
Read Preparation and People
Skim who will be there and anything Bridge pulled from prior meetings or integrations.
Add private notes
Use Notepad for talking points you do not want in the shared notes.
Join or capture
When it is time, Join a hosted Bridge meeting, Capture with Bridge on Zoom / Meet / Teams, or Open Live AI if Bridge is already on the call.
Connect a calendar so briefs appear automatically. Calendar Auto-Join in Preferences can add Bridge without pasting a URL each time.
