Billing
Simplora plans are Free, Pro, and Teams. New accounts get a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card. Paid plans include Live AI Credits.
Open Account billing from the workspace menu, or Settings → Billing.
Plans

Pricing is per seat on paid plans. Current prices are on the public Pricing page in the product marketing site.
Trial
Everyone starts with a 14-day free trial of Pro. No credit card is required. When the trial ends you can subscribe to Pro or Teams, or continue on Free.
Live AI Credits
Live AI Credits pay for real-time intelligence during meetings — answers and guidance while people talk — not for storing notes or background transcription. Free includes 0 credits. Pro includes a monthly allotment (shown on Pricing and on Billing). See During a meeting.
Manage your plan
On Billing you can start the trial, upgrade, or open the customer portal your subscription uses to change payment details. Seat limits apply on team plans; inviting more people than you have seats for will ask you to add seats.
Referrals can add free months of Pro when someone you invite activates.
