MembersGroups

Workspace Groups

Workspace groups allow members to be organized into collections of people for easy sharing of Meetings, Spaces, and Memory records.

Workspace groups

Workspace groups are collections of members that you can use to share Meetings, Spaces, and Memory records. Groups are available on Business & Enterprise plans and are managed by Workspace Owners.

When inviting or adding someone to a workspace group, selecting All Groups will give that member the ability to access all current groups and future groups.

Creating and managing groups

Create groups from Workspace settings → Groups, then assign one or more members to the Group

Open groups

Go to Workspace settings → Groups or the groups section in your workspace. You will see a list of existing groups and number of members in each group (if available).

Create a group

Select Create Group and enter a name.

Assign members

Navigate to the Members table → Actions menu → Manage Group. You can assign a member to one group, multiple groups, or all groups. Selecting All Groups gives a user access to all current and future groups.

Save

Select Update Group. Members will now be added to that group.

Sharing meetings, spaces, and memory profiles with groups

Groups make it easy to share access across your workspace without managing each person individually. When you share with a group, every member of that group inherits access automatically.

  • Meetings: Share a meeting with a group so all members can view notes, recordings, and summaries without adding each person one by one.
  • Spaces: Sharing a space with a group gives all group members access to the space and every meeting within it. Space Owners can share with groups just like sharing with individuals.
  • Memory: A memory profile can be shared with a group so that all members of that group have access to that record in their own memory. Memory profiles shared with others do not contain Activity or Notepad. See Visibility for people and companies in Memory.
