IntegrationsCalendars

Calendars

Connect Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar so Bridge can pull context, automate workflows, and let agents use your calendar to manage your schedule.

A connected calendar is how upcoming events become Briefs, how scheduling can be automated, and how the Bridge Agent can automatically join meetings.

Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar

Open Calendars

Go to Account settings → Connectors → Calendars.

Connect Google or Outlook

Choose Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar and sign-in to that account to connect. You can also connect both if needed and disconnect from the same page.

Confirm events appear

Upcoming events show under Meetings → Upcoming and on the Home page.

Pull context and automate workflows

  • Pull calendar context: Bridge reads your upcoming events, meeting details, participant information, and availability so agents can use that context.
  • Automate workflows: Bridge automatically creates Briefs using your calendar events and the Bridge Agent can auto-join meetings happening outside of Bridge.
    • Example: Bridge Agent auto-joins your meetings automatically based on your Auto-Join preferences in Account settings.
  • Agents use your calendar: Agents can look up events, check availability, and schedule meetings through the connected calendar.
    • Example: An agent creates a calendar event for a follow-up meeting that was discussed during your conversation.

Auto-join

In Preferences, Agent Auto-Join can add the Bridge Agent to calendar meetings automatically for you. You can manage which meetings the Bridge Agent will auto-join. Options include only joining when you are the host, skipping events with external participants, and skipping tentative or no-response events.

Bridge respects the access levels and permissions that are already configured in the connected calendar. Agents and automations only interact with the calendars, events, and meetings you have access to — nothing more.
