Preferences

Preferences (workspace menu: Context and preferences) are defaults for new notes and meetings. The page title is Default Preferences.

Open Account settings → Preferences. The list is grouped the same way as the meeting lifecycle.

Assistant

• Prompts — saved prompts you can reuse in chat

Pre-Meeting

• Session Context — default environment (Professional, Personal, Academic) and domain; you can still change this on a brief
• Meeting Bot Customization — how the Simplora participant appears when it joins a call
• Calendar Auto-Join — automatically add Simplora to calendar meetings, with options such as only when you are host
• Desktop App Auto-Recording — let the Mac desktop app start recording when a meeting begins

In-Meeting

• Live AI — real-time intelligence during capture. Uses Live AI Credits on paid plans.

Post-Meeting

• Recap Auto-Sharing — send notes automatically when a meeting ends
• Recap Templates — the structure of completed notes (for example General or Key Takeaways)

System

• Notifications — what Simplora emails or notifies you about
• Appearance — Light, Dark, or System
• Policies — workspace or account policy settings shown on this page
