FAQs
Memory FAQs are questions and answers you save so the assistant can reuse them in later chats and meetings.
FAQs (the Memory tab, not a help center) are Q&A pairs you want Simplora to remember: pricing you always quote, a process you always explain, a policy the assistant should not invent.
The URL is /memory/questions, but the tab label is FAQs.
Create an FAQ
Open FAQs
Go to Memory → FAQs.
Create FAQ
Start Create FAQ.
Fill in the pair
Question is required. Add an Answer, and optional context so Simplora knows when to use it. You can limit the FAQ to a team.
Save
Click Create. The assistant can use the FAQ when you (or an agent with memory FAQs enabled) ask something that matches.
You can search the FAQ list, change visibility (Private, Team, Workspace), and delete items you no longer want.
Turn on memory FAQs in an agent’s tools if that agent should answer from this list.
