Memory

Memory is the long-lived layer of your workspace: who you meet, which companies they belong to, and questions you want Bridge to answer the same way every time.

Each item can be Private, limited to a Group, or visible to the Workspace:

Private — only you can see it.
Group — members of selected workspace groups can see the profile. Activity and Notepad are not shared. Requires a Business or Enterprise plan.
Workspace — everyone in the workspace can see the profile. Activity and Notepad are not shared.

People

Bridge automatically builds people profiles from meetings and calendar guests, enriched with data about their work history and activity from your interactions. See People and companies.

Companies

Company profiles are generated from meeting and calendar context, with related people from your meetings connected automatically. See People and companies.

FAQs

FAQs are reusable question-and-answer pairs that the assistant and agents can reference, such as objection handling, pricing, processes, policies, and more. See FAQs.
