People and companies
People and Companies in Memory hold lasting information and context about participants and the organizations they represent.
People and Companies are the primary objects saved to your memory. Bridge automatically creates profiles from meetings and calendar guests. You can open and set who sees each record.
How do get to a profile
Go to Memory
Click Memory in the sidebar, then People or Companies.
Search or scroll
Use the search box at the top of the list. Filters include visibility (private / team / workspace) and sort order.
Open the profile
Click a row. You can also open a person from Members in the sidebar or from meetings — that jumps to their Memory profile.
What's on a profile
People profiles
The sidebar shows the person's photo, name, title, company (linked to its Company profile), industry, location, job history, and education (when available).
Quick actions let you start a video or audio call, schedule a meeting, or ask the assistant about the person. Contact links include email, LinkedIn, Twitter, and GitHub.
The center area includes:
- Overview — a generated headline or summary of the person
- Activity — a timeline of your meetings with this person; click any item to open it
- Notepad — free-form notes that save automatically
Company profiles
The sidebar shows the company logo, name, and industry. Contact links include the website and LinkedIn.
The center area includes:
- Research — a generated summary of the company
- People — people in your workspace linked to this company; click a person to open their profile
- Notepad — free-form notes that save automatically
Visibility
On a record, set access to Private, Group, or Workspace.
- Private — only you can see it.
- Group — members of selected workspace groups can see the profile. Activity and Notepad are not shared. Requires a Business or Enterprise plan.
- Workspace — everyone in the workspace can see the profile. Activity and Notepad are not shared.
Bulk actions
Use bulk select to select multiple records and change visibility across those records.
Memory profiles can not be deleted at this time.
