Members
Members are the people in your workspace. They appear in the sidebar and in Settings under Members.
Members are the people who belong to your Simplora workspace — not the same as Memory People, which are contacts learned from meetings.
The sidebar Members section lists people in the workspace. Click someone to open their Memory person profile. View All (or Workspace members in the workspace menu) opens Settings → Members.
Roles at a glance
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Manage the workspace, billing, and invite Admins |
| Member | Create content and invite Members or Viewers |
| Viewer | Read-only access to view content |
On the Teams plan, Admins can also put members into Teams (sub-groups) for things like Memory visibility.
