CRMs
CRM connections help Bridge pull customer records, deals, and pipeline context for meeting preparation and automate tasks and workflows within your CRM.
Attio
Connect Attio from Account settings → Integrations → CRM so Bridge can pull CRM records, automate workflows, and let agents use your CRM.
What you can do with Attio
Once connected, Attio actions are available from recaps, upcoming briefs, the live meeting room, and the global Assistant.
- Pull CRM context: Bridge reads your records, deals, and pipeline data so agents can use that context before, during, and after meetings.
- Example: Bridge pulls an Attio record so an agent can brief you on a customer before a meeting.
- Automate workflows: Bridge can create or update Attio records from meeting content on your behalf.
- Example: Bridge updates a field on an Attio record after a meeting is summarized.
- Equip agents: Bridge workspace agents can look up a record, create a task, or update fields in Attio through the connected CRM.
- Example: An agent creates a new Attio record from an email conversation after a call.
Bridge respects the access levels and permissions you have already configured in the connected CRM. Agents and automations only interact with the records, lists, and objects you have access to, nothing more.
