Live AI
Get real-time intelligence during meetings with live transcription, artifacts, proactive agents, voice agents that participant, and more.
When Bridge captures a meeting, whether hosted on Bridge, joined from a third-party platform, or recorded in person, Live AI delivers real-time intelligence as people talk: live transcription, artifacts, proactive agents, and voice participants that can speak in the call.
Live AI
Live AI is the real-time intelligence layer: answers, context, and guidance as people talk. Paid plans include Live AI Credits for this. You can review plan and credit usage details in Billing.

Live panels
The live workspace uses resizable side panels. Most panels are available in both hosted and captured meetings, but some differ depending on how the meeting is captured.
| Panel | What it's for | Hosted on Bridge | Captured outside Bridge |
|---|---|---|---|
| Conversation | Live transcript of the meeting | ✓ | ✓ |
| Artifacts | Live context and structured notes from the conversation | ✓ | ✓ |
| Assistant | Ask questions, use connected tools, and get real-time answers | ✓ | ✓ |
| Notepad | Private notes during the meeting | ✓ | ✓ |
| Participants | Invite people and agents and see all participants | ✓ | Only with calendar connected |
| Chat | Send messages and share links with participants | ✓ | — |
Chat is a Bridge-native panel available only on hosted meetings. On captured meetings, use the chat in the host platform (Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams).
Other live features
Other live meeting features are documented separately based on how you capture or host the meeting.
For live collaboration on native Bridge meetings, including the call stage, chat, screen sharing, participant panels, and notepad, see Live collaboration.
Live AI features
Transcription
Speech appears in the Conversation tab as it is recognized. Speaker names improve when Bridge knows the participants, including calendar guests, workspace members, and people in Memory. For in-person recordings, you can adjust names after the meeting in the completed Conversation tab.
Artifacts
Artifacts are live context and structured notes pulled from the conversation, your memory, and the web during the meeting. They appear in the Artifacts panel and update as the conversation progresses.
Use artifacts as real-time reference alongside the transcript. They help you find relevant information without leaving the live meeting workspace.
Proactive agents
Agents with the proactive trigger enabled can activate privately within the Assistant when the live conversation matches their configured trigger context.
Learn more about proactive agents.
Agents joining meetings
Agents can join native Bridge meetings as voice participants. They listen to the meeting, speak into the call, and can optionally hear meeting audio and see screen shares.
When you create or edit an agent, enable Join meetings and talk. Choose a join policy, select a voice, and pick an activation mode:
- Join policy: Invite the agent only when needed, or join the agent to every meeting.
- Voice: Select the voice the agent uses in the call.
- Activation mode: Choose proactive activation or activation when someone calls the agent by name.
See Agents joining meetings for setup details.
Assistant joining meetings
The Bridge Assistant can join native Bridge meetings as a voice participant. It is invite-only, so only the meeting host can bring it into the call from the Participants panel.
Once joined, the Assistant can hear the conversation, speak into the call, answer questions about the live transcript, and use connected tools and web search. It leaves automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity or 1 hour total.
See Assistant joining meetings for full details.
