Import meetings and transcripts

Bring existing notes into Bridge from Granola, Fireflies, Fathom, Zoom, or Google Meet — or manually upload existing audio files, video files, transcript files.

If you already record with another tool, you do not have to start over. Bridge can import those meetings and keep future ones in sync, or you can manually upload transcripts.

Import from a notetaker

Supported sources:

  • Granola
  • Fireflies
  • Fathom
  • Zoom Transcripts (cloud recording transcripts)
  • Google Meet Transcripts

Connect the source

Go to Account settings → Integrations, open Notetakers, and connect the tool. You can also choose Import transcripts from New, which takes you to the same connections.

Choose a time range and if you wish to sync future transcripts

When you connect, pick how far back to import (for example past month, past year, or all time) and choose to only import previous transcripts or also sync future transcripts.

Wait for meetings to import

Imported items show up under Meetings → Completed. The card will show which tool they came from.

If you choose to sync transcripts, Bridge keeps importing new transcripts from that tool on a daily basis. Disconnect the notetaker in Integrations if you want that to stop.

Upload or paste once

Use these when you have a single recording or transcript and no cloud import or ongoing sync.

Open New

Click New in the sidebar.

Pick the import style

  • Upload audio or video — upload a media file
    • Supported formats include:
      • MP3
      • MP2
      • MP4
      • MOV
      • WAV
  • Upload transcript — upload a transcript file
    • Supported formats include:
      • .md
      • .txt
      • .pdf
      • .jpg / .jpeg
      • .png
      • .gif
      • .bmp
      • .webp
      • .tiff
  • Paste transcript — paste the text into Bridge
    • Character limit: 20,000

View the result

Immediately after upload or pasting, the contents of the file will be displayed for review and immediately save to your meeting inbox.

Uploading audio or video, uploading transcripts, and pasting transcript are available on paid plans. Free plan users can still connect notetakers and use other paths.
