Live meeting collaboration

Collaborate with everyone in a Bridge meeting using screen sharing, chat, reactions, shared artifacts, and live meeting side panels.

Collaborate during live meetings

Collaborate with everyone in a Bridge meeting using screen sharing, chat, reactions, and shared artifacts.

Screen sharing

Share a browser tab, application window, or your entire screen with everyone in the meeting.

  • Share a browser tab (optionally share tab audio as well)
  • Share an application window (optionally share system audio as well)
  • Share entire screen (optionally share system audio as well)

Bridge supports audio sharing and Presenter View when you share a Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint tab or window.

Presenter View keeps your speaker notes private while participants only see the slides. Confirm that you are sharing the slideshow window or tab, not the actual Presenter View window.

Chat

Send messages to everyone in the meeting. You can also share links through chat. Messages are visible to all participants.

Reactions and raise hand

Use emoji reactions to give quick feedback and expressions without interrupting the speaker. Raise your hand when you want to speak or bring attention to something.

Panels

Resizable side panels keep meeting intelligence and collaboration tools available without leaving the meeting:

  • Participants: Add people and agents, see participants in the meeting, and who's invited.
  • Chat: Read and send messages to participants during the meeting.
  • Conversation: View a live transcription of the conversation.
  • Artifacts: View organized notes that adapt to the conversation.
  • Assistant: Use your private assistant during the meeting.
  • Notepad: Jot down private notes during the meeting.
