Notes and recordings
After a meeting you get structured notes, a full Conversation with transcript and recording, templates, and export.
When a conversation ends, it moves to Meetings → Completed (and Recent meeting notes on Home). Open it to review what was said and what to do next.
Tabs on a completed meeting

| Conversation | Full transcript and recording when a recording exists |
| Assistant | Chat with this meeting’s notes |
| Preparation | The brief from before the meeting |
| People | Participants |

Some workspaces also show Analysis when that layout is turned on.
Action items
Notes include next steps when Bridge can identify them. They also appear in the Action items list on Home.
Recap templates
Change the shape of structured notes in Preferences → Recap Templates. Built-in examples include General and Key Takeaways. Custom templates apply to future completed meetings.
Recap Auto-Sharing in the same Preferences group can send notes out automatically when a meeting finishes. See Preferences and Share notes.
Export the transcript
From the meeting, use Export Transcript to download the conversation text.
Imported meetings from Granola, Fireflies, and similar tools look like any other completed meeting. A source indicator shows where they came from. See Import meetings.
