What is Bridge?

Bridge is an AI meeting workspace for preparation, live capture, notes, and memory — not only a note taker.

Bridge helps you manage a conversation from before it starts through what you do next. It captures what was said, but it also prepares you, supports you live, and keeps people and follow-ups connected afterward.

Before the meeting

Upcoming calendar events become briefs. A brief pulls together who is attending, context from earlier meetings, and a Preparation view you can open from Home or Meetings.

You can also jot private thoughts in Notepad so they travel with you into the call.

During the meeting

When Bridge is on the call — or when you host in Bridge — you get a live Conversation (transcript), People, Assistant, and Notepad. Live AI can surface answers and context while you talk.

How the meeting gets there is covered in Conversations: host natively, capture a third-party call, record in person, or import.

After the meeting

Completed meetings show structured Notes, the full Conversation (transcript and recording when available), action items, and an Assistant you can ask about that meeting. You can share notes or add them to a Room.

Beyond a single meeting

Memory keeps People, Companies, and FAQs. The Assistant can answer across meetings. Agents are teammates you @mention for a specific job.

Bridge includes AI notes, but it is built as a workspace around the whole meeting — not only a recorder that summarizes after you hang up.
