Find meetings
Search, filter, and label conversations in Meetings, including private notes in My notes.
Use Meetings when you need a specific conversation, not just the latest one on Home.
Search and filters
Open Meetings
Click Meetings in the sidebar.
Pick a view
Use All, Upcoming, Live, Completed, or Calendar.
Narrow the list
Use search plus filters such as date, room, labels, and Shared (Shared with me / Shared by me) on completed notes.
My notes
My notes in the Rooms section of the sidebar is your private completed notes. Use it when you do not want the meeting in a shared room. A lock on the item means it is private.
Labels and rooms
- Update Label on a meeting tags it for later filters
- Add to Room files it in a Room
- The list can filter to one room or All rooms
Sources
Meetings can come from a live capture, a hosted Bridge call, an in-person recording, a calendar join, or an import. Source icons on the card tell you which.
If the list looks empty, check that you are not filtered to a room or date range, and that My notes vs Meetings is the view you meant.
