Meetings
Meetings is your list of live, upcoming, and completed conversations — plus a calendar view and private My notes.
Meetings in the sidebar is the list of conversations in your workspace.
How a meeting gets here is covered in Conversations. This section is what you do once it exists: prep, sit in the live workspace, read notes, share, and search.
Views
| View | What it shows |
|---|---|
| All | Upcoming, live, and completed together |
| Upcoming | Calendar events and hosted meetings that have not started |
| Live | Conversations happening now |
| Completed | Notes after the meeting ends |
| Calendar | The same items on a calendar |
My notes (in the Rooms section of the sidebar) is your private completed notes. It is not a shared room.
A green pulse on Meetings means a live session is active.
Open a meeting
Click a row to open the detail. What you see depends on the stage:
- Upcoming → Briefs
- Live → During a meeting
- Completed → Notes and recordings
From a live card you can Capture with Bridge or Open Live AI. Hosted meetings also show Join.
