Members, Agents, Spaces, and Chats
These expandable sections appear below the primary navigation. Each section includes a chevron to expand or collapse it, a View All button, and a + button for the relevant create or invite action. Bridge persists each section's expanded or collapsed state.
Members
Members shows active workspace members as avatars and names. Hover over members to see their profile snippet. Select View All to open the members area, or select + to invite members. See Members.
Agents
Agents shows your custom agents, or the built-in agent list when you have not created a custom agent. Hover over agents to see their profile snippet. Agents can be hidden from the sidebar from the agent profile edit workflow. Select an agent to view their profile. See Agents.
Spaces
Spaces shows your workspace spaces. Use this section to create, rename, delete, and share spaces. See Spaces.

Footer actions
The bottom of the sidebar includes three actions:
- Get support: Opens the support dropdown. See Contact us.
- Referrals: Opens the referral modal. See Referrals.
- Collapse or expand sidebar: Toggles between the expanded and collapsed sidebar states.
Notifications
When the sidebar is expanded, the bell icon appears beside the workspace selector. When the sidebar is collapsed, the bell moves inside the workspace menu. An unread badge shows the number of unread notifications, capped at 9+.
Select the bell to open the notification panel. The panel includes:
- All and Unread filter tabs.
- Mark all as read.
- Link to notification settings.
- Infinite scroll that loads 30 notifications per page.
Selecting a notification marks it as read and takes you to its destination.
Notification categories
The notification panel surfaces several categories of notifications:
- Spaces — Someone shares a space with you, or someone adds a meeting to a shared space.
- Recaps — Someone invites you to a recap.
- Meeting access requests — A user requests access to a meeting. Includes the requesting user's name, a role dropdown (Member or Guest), and Approve / Deny actions.
- Live AI credits — Credits running low (80% usage) or fully exhausted.
- Briefs — A reminder 10 minutes before an upcoming meeting with a link to the brief. Requires a connected calendar.
- Agent messages — Messages from scheduled agents and automated post-meeting agents.
- Email digests — A weekly review of upcoming meetings for the week and a recap of your meetings last week.
